Wifi mini

Hello,
My WiFi Mini is asking me to sign in. Then it just take me to an EE Page, showing my Data, of asking me to Buy. I DO NOT need to as I have plenty. There are only 2 options. 'Do not use this', or 'Use data as is'. Then is says, 'Connected', but it IS NOT. I use my Mini in Spain, and it has never done this before, and has always connected. NOT NOW.
What is going on EE? Or do I need to find another Provider?

@DesH : What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi say about your data & credit status?
