Top up balance

Yesterday i topped up 20 gpb for two numbers and activated first number. Today i added second number but it made another account and i can’t pay for second number from my ee balance.

please some advice.

@viesisdusa  you could’ve added a second number to your account but as you create a second account you cannot use your first account for the 2nd account.  

but try this 

In your My EE account on a browser, go to Account Settings then scroll down to Add an Account (under Account Management).
