Purchased the 5 day wifi pass for £19.99 as we've just moved and got no wifi. Since doing so it has been nothing put hassle, constantly requiring me to sign in. Now after less than 24 hours it is saying that my pass has ran out and I need to purchase another one. I'd like a refund or the issue to be rectified.

As per the terms and conditions you are automatically logged out after 15 mins of inactivity.
I suggest logging out and trying to log in again and checking you have the 5 day pass.
You can call EE on 0800 022 33 22 for the public wifi service.

Did it give you a limited amount of data for you to use or was it unlimited?
Your best bet would be to speak to customer service about this, as this is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are.
