Trying to pay bill, calls wont go through to payment lines

Hello, Im trying to pay my monthly bill. I have tried the following options but none of them are working for me, and can't seem to get in touch with anyone from EE.

Texting PAY to 150 - Message won't send

Calling 150 - Call not going through

Calling all given phone numbers to pay - call won't go through

What are my options?

I would definitely recommend giving the anonymous payment option that @Schockwave shared here a try, as provided you have an active number this should be applied to your account. 

Based on the experience you've had here though, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our team so we can make sure everything is as it should be with your account. 

You can call from another provider / landline, or through a VoIP service like Skype on +44800 956 6000 and our team will be happy to help.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
