Hi,
I was given a 4G Mobile WIFI box when I upgraded to fibre broadband, for some reason I am unable to get it to connect to the internet.
I am able to connect to the box using the password supplied, then I get taken to the home page for the box itself, where it says my device is disconnected.
I do not see an option to connect it, any help would be appreciated.

The box provided are you aware if it is a Pay As You Go Router?
