Hi,
I got a letter recently about my mobile broadband plan expiring, and that the monthly payments would go down if I renewed for an 18 month contract.
How would I switch onto this new plan? And is it possible to see the contract upfront so I can check the cancellation terms and conditions?

Did the letter tell you how to switch? Did it include a promotional web page to visit or a specific phone number to call?

Hi James,
It just says to "visit our website or login to My EE". I've looked around My EE and can't find any option to renew my plan.
It also said I could ring 150 from my EE mobile, but since this is a mobile broadband rather than a phone, I can't make calls on it (and my phone isn't on EE).

I suggest calling our Mobile Care team from another phone, they should be able to run through all of your options from our end with you. You can find our contact information on the get in touch help page.
