Switching from Sky/NowTV Broadband to EE Mobile Broadband

Hello,

I am planning on switching from my current NowTV Broadband to an EE Mobile Broadband as the wired service in my area is very slow.

By switching from Broadband to Mobile Broadband will EE still contact NowTV to cancel my previous Broadband and would I still be eligible for the up to £300 credit return on the cancellation fee or is this only the case for a wired broadband switch?

Many Thanks.

Neither.

  1. The OFCOM Gaining Provider Led process only applies to fixed Home BB.
  2. EE only refunds exit fees from old ISP when you take EE New Full Fibre BB.
