I’ve spent 90 minutes on the phone this afternoon on 2 calls to change my plan. Both calls were cut off before any conclusion. Neither agent bothered to ring me back to complete.
What options have I got? There’s no email address to contact them.
I’m left in limbo as I haven’t managed to change my plan and not prepared to waste another few hours on the phone.

Called EE the following day (Sunday). Answered within a few minutes. After about an hour and a quarter on the phone we reached an agreement . Result!

I can”t update on the online store due to a complication in my plan. Ringing the number you mention involves a 30 minute wait and, based on previous experience, talking to an agent and being cut off before reaching any agreement.
I’ll try again tomorrow hoping that the wait time is less.
