hello everyone I NEED HELP!!!

I own the smart 4g hub and it has been working fine up until a few days ago it suddenly lost connection and hasn’t regained it since I have tried everything from resetting it to taking the sim out and back in but nothing will work, all of the 4 Lights are green yet  I cannot connect on any device weather that’s phone or Ethernet to computer it simply just won’t work

someone please help.

Certainly! For your EE Smart 4G Hub issue:

  1. Check Area Broadband: Verify if there's a network issue in your area through the EE website or app.
  2. Hub Lights: Green lights usually mean the hub is starting up. If they stay green without changing to blue (connected status), it's a concern.
  3. Restart or Reset: Try turning off and on your hub. If that doesn't work, use a paperclip to press the reset button for about 20 seconds until the light turns green, then let it restart.
  4. Cable Check: Ensure all cables are properly connected.
  5. Device Restart: If the hub is fine but devices can't connect, restart those devices.
  6. Contact EE: If these steps don't work, reach out to EE customer support for further assistance.

For more detailed instructions, you can visit EE's Fix Smart Hybrid Connect broadband problems and What the lights on your EE Smart Hub mean.

I have a smart hub mini with a SIM card and the green lights mean everything is fine plus have tried all the steps and nothing.

@nothingaboutme0 : A Smart 4G Hub is neither a Smart Hybrid Connect nor an EE Smart Hub.

Welcome to the EE Community, @Harry6912 🙂

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Do you have an EE phone? If you do, is that working as normal in the same location?

James

Hi

Hi @Harry6912

Do you have an EE phone? If you do, is that working as normal in the same location?

Are you able to try the SIM card in another device to see if signal shows and you can connect to data?

Leanne.
