Restricted abroad can’t call ee

Hi,

I am abroad in Florida and when I try to make a call it tells me calls are restricted. When I text world to 150 the reply is a problem message that tellls me to follow the link. When I log in to ee account to solve the problem I am told to call 150 and I can’t because calls are restricted. What do I do

@Bradmcc111  As you can send texts roaming is enabled on your account.   Are you putting 44 or +44 instead of a 0 if you’re calling a UK number?
