It really is unbelievably poor service to make people have to go in to store, call up, or go into forums to do this. Incredibly dumb that it doesn't occur to them that this would be embarrassing and annoying to people. Why don't they have this as an option when you sign up? Why don't they make the process easier? Why isn't it faster? 30 minutes trying to do it in the app and on the website, none of the options make sense even from the point of view of their own guidelines.

Absolutely useless company. Will be getting rid of them soon and never use again.

It's amazing companies like this are still in business.
