Hi I had problème with my broadband for a week I’m using my phone hotspot I want to know about the monthly payement?such that I didn’t use my broadband for week or more thank you

Thanks for coming here. 

What problems are you experiencing with your broadband? Have you been able to report this?

You will pay a set amount each month for your home broadband even if you do not use it.

Even is not working for one week it’s not my problems is yours I mean from company the router or broadband is not working till now is coming the enginer and he didnt repair it he said you should EE send you new one

@ihafid : Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it or refund you payments until you do.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
