Hello, I am currently in a broadband contract with EE but have moved out of the country permanently and am unable to call to close the account. I originally kept it as the housemates in my flat did not want to pay the closing fee and wanted to continue using it (they have been added on to pay bills as a third party). We have since fallen out but the internet account is in my name only and I no longer wish for it to be associated with the property. Is there a number I can Skype or WhatsApp call? I am willing to pay any and all charges to make sure that my name is no longer tied to the address.

@wq711 , Skype no longer exists and what’s app will not be a way of communicating with EE.
Here are ways to contact customer service, but if you may have to pay an early termination fee and give at least 30 days notice:
