New ee SIM stuck on waiting

New preloaded sim ordered. Put in 4g router and not working. Have managed to check balance by connecting my phone to the router. Showing as my 8gb pre purchased bundle is stuck on waiting? How do I fix this please.

Il give it few days and see. Need a stable connection for work so will see how quick it comes back and what speeds. Hopefully won't be too long if not il try another provider and see what happens.

If its a non EE Supplied 4G Router check the APN Profile in Admin WebUI Settings are correct for the EE Network -

Name - EE Internet
APN - everywhere
Username - eesecure
Password - secure
Authentication type - PAP and IP Type - IPV4

Il give this a try over the weekend as the service network works have now been completed but still not getting any signal 😞

Frustrating - the ee service checker website says if I had a iphone13 - for example I'd get 4g. But for any router I can't. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere. odd tho as when I had a btmobile Huawei data hub that worked fine? And I'm now using Tplink router with two antennas.

I don't have any other devices. Just the tp link router. The website is showing won't get 4g on any router - and I am only getting 1 at most bar for signal on the router no matter where I place it.
