Hello everyone,
My mobile broadband 5g wifi keeps disconnecting, my devices are connected to the router, but it says it's connected without internet, restarting my router fixes it, and i get internet for an hr and then again it disconnects and i don't get internet anymore.
I have had this 5g router and sim since 6th of August 2022 and had no issues until last Thursday, it was fine over the weekend and i have had issues again since yesterday.
Any help would he appreciated,

Yes, they sent me a replacement, same problem, what i then did was switch the network to 4g, and that seemed to give me stable internet.
I believe the issue might be with the 5g signal in the area.

Welcome to the community.
Are you able to remove the SIM card and give it a clean?
Is the device always in the same location when this happens?

Good morning,
I will try giving the sim card a clean!
The device is in the same location when this first happened, i then tried to place it somewhere else, and it had the same issue.

Ive tried cleaning the sim card and inserting it back into the router, it still has connection drops, where i have 5g wifi for 30min and then i have no internet at all.

Hello Mike,
When i called the technical support team they, told me to try restarting it and that worked at the time, and then they did say if it happened again to reset it.
It occured again few days later after my conversation with them, i reseted the router it seemed to work.
I'd suggest trying to reset it, if that don't work call tech support directly hope it works for ya.

I'm also having this issue it's dropping out nearly every hour, I've been asked by the tech support to take it to a store to get it repaired
