Hi I’ve missed to pay my bill and been disconnected, thought I’ve set up my direct debit, payed today morning and still no connection, how long does it take to reconnect? Should I call somewhere or just leave it like that and will reconnect by itself?

This can take up to 24 hours to reconnect your services after the bill has been paid.
If you call us, the team can check the payment is showing and help you get reconnected 🙂

It can take 48 hours but as this is a bank holiday then it maybe next week sometime.
