Mifi not working! However when I put sim  in other devices it works.

whats the point of paying for something that doesn’t actually work.

Does the WiFi device work with another SIM card in it?

Good morning.

I’ve just tried my phone sim in mifi and that works.
I’ve put my original sim from mifi into my iPhone and iPad and that works
in both devices. Just not in mifi it as no internet connection. I do have
two other mifi devices , they also say no internet with mifi sim,
