I have lost the 'credit card' looking thing from the back of the box. It has WiFi password,etc, on it. I don't know what it is called and need to know how to get to speak to someone about getting a replacement. I've asked in-store and they have no idea. Can anyone help me?

@Le40 If you have the EE smart router like this
And still have the box this came in there is around 3 stickers in the box that have this information on them. They are silver with black writing on them.
