What is the login password? I tried wifi password, login password from the device and ewven my EE login password! Nothing works!

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with the admin password found under the battery cover.

thanks for your reply.

I did mention that I tried that option. In fact I've tried every option I could possibly think of! I even called EE support but the person didn't know what I was talking about, which is why I posted a picture of what I meant.

Is it possible you changed some time in the past? Do a factory reset & get it back to the admin pwd on the label.
