Everyday about once every 2 hours I have to reboot the router, tried the fix, no good, if it was a router software update that caused this at least give us the option to roll back to a previous stable version, or are we just going have to put up with it.🤬🤬🤬

Have you run the speed test in the EE app? That will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@Steve1954 Your just going to halve to put up with it, or call EE CS and get them involved to take the look see what is going on, you cannot blame the FW update as that may just not be your issue at all.

HELP to 66033 may be one off your options.
