I am having the same issue when I go to link my EE MINI HUB mobile broadband to my account it asks for a billing account number and doesn’t accept my actual account number printed on any of my bills?

@Keithsmith69 : A billing account number is only needed for fixed Home BB. A mobile router isn't fixed Home BB. It has a SIM in it with a mobile no. It counts as a mobile device. So add it as a mobile not BB.
In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

I have tried this but it wants to send a confirmation code and there is no way of doing that because it is in the mobile router box??

@Keithsmith69 : Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

Same issue with me. Been trying with EE for 3 months to resolve this and no luck.
I don’t think EE know what to do! They’ve promised this and that and it will be done in 72 hours and 4 weeks later, still an issue.
It would be nice to have my mobile account link to my broadband. I have no idea what my charges are and it’s hugely frustrating. Very poor from EE/BT! The mobile app works fine. Just the broadband can’t be linked.

@Larky69 : As stated above, you don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile BB router to your EE a/c. All you need is its mobile no. & you link it as a mobile.

The app is very unclear, it asks the user to f they would like to link accounts then asks for details you can't find. I'm trying to link my bb landline account to my mobile & that probably isn't what was meant by the original proposition, or maybe it was, I have no idea, either way it leaves the user frustrated and very angry 😡

@sdwoods : In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband. You'll need your landline no. or your BB a/c no.
