Struggling to add a mobile Broadband to MY EE. Got the very first invoice alredy by post. When trying to link it to the account online it keeps saying "Please enter a valid account number". The account number is on the invoice.

A mobile BB router is not fixed Home BB. It does not need an a/c no. to link it to your EE a/c. It contains a SIM which has a mobile no. & counts as a mobile.
In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

It asks to link the product first when choose "Home"

Sorry, it can't be! That's only asked for for fixed Home BB. You sure you are linking a mobile?

Same hear and talking to EE is a waste of time, such poor service
