Leaving EE

Hi, When I first join EE from Vodafone my only question was not to put me in contract at least not more than 12 months. I put broadband to my new apartment. It was through phone call. One lady who answer the phone was difficult to communicate for both of us. I clearly told her I don’t want contract for that long. She agreed at the time. Now I am with EE for six months and need to move. I am trying to cancel the EE which have broadband + 2 sim connected. Now they have increased the price to 34 for broadband and 15 for SIM in six month which was initially 28 for broadband and 12 for SIM. I myself have a EE sim which I pay 20 pound so basically I pay broadband and 3 SIM. Now I am not sure how I get into it that all the sim and broadband is in contract . Can anyone tell me how to cancel those ???

@RawNpl  EE don’t do broadband for 12 months and the price went up because of the yearly price increase for the broadband and the sims.  as per the T&Cs that you agreed to when you took out these contracts.

HI @RawNpl

Moving home? You don’t need to cancel your broadband to do it- you can simply move your EE Broadband with you and keep everything running smoothly!

Our guide, Moving home with EE Broadband walks you through how to transfer your service to a new address without breaking your contract, so you stay connected with minimal fuss.

For mobile SIMs, there’s nothing you need to change to keep them working, they’ll work wherever you are. The only thing to update is your address on your mobile account, and you can do that quickly by following Edit my personal details in EE.

As @Chris_B mentioned, the price increase you’ve seen is part of the Annual Price Change, which applies across contracts. You can read more about how this works here: About annual price changes.
