I have a Huawei Model:B535 - 232 with an EE sim.
I have a work phone Mitel 5330 that will not connect. It does work when connected via TalkTalk broadband but the connection speed is slow so I want to connect via 4g.
I just can't see what is blocking it connecting and not obvious where to get diagnostic data?

Hi @Mavmaz
Welcome to the community.
Try forgetting all WiFi connections on the mobile, restart both devices and try again. Does it work any better then?

The phone is an IP phone that connects to the 4g router with an ethernet cable.

Ah, OK, thanks @Mavmaz
I'm not sure how an IP phone would perform over the mobile network. With fixed broadband, you get a fixed IP address. On the mobile network, we use CGNAT, which means you have a shared public IP address.

@Christopher_G : I think you mean to say that with fixed broadband, you get a unique IP address. With fixed broadband, you get a dynamic IP address.
@Mavmaz : Is this IP phone on a VoiP network?

The phone connects to my work telephone network. I guess something run by Mitel? I naively assumed that it would work the same as when on broadband but reading about CGNAT I can see why that might cause an issue with voip. I think there isn't much more I can do.
