My 4GEE mini 3 weeks ago stop working

My 4gee mini wifi was working fine for over 2 years but 3 weeks ago it stop but a reset seems to work but it sto again o  17 June 2023 and reset seems to work then it stop again yesterday 21 June. I did a reset  and it works then it stop again today 22 June. Did a reset twice and nothing it doesn't work anymore NO INTERNET though ALL THE BLUE LIGHTS ARE ON please can anyone help I've just renewed my contract last April 2023 for 24 months. Please PLEASE can anyone help its very much appreciated. Thank you

Is there a problem with all Mifi’s??

I can use my phone no problem 

mifi says it’s connected to internet , yet there’s no internet

EE drives me mad trying to contact you is impossible! No live chat anymore, no one answering phones!!

you might of updated your computer system what about updating a decent service that can be used..

Thanks for posting on the community. 

Are you able to try the WiFi SIM card in your phone to see if you can connect to the internet? 

This will help us to know if the SIM or WiFi device is causing this for you.

Yes I’ve tried sim in my phone and that works..
It dose seem to be a problem your end…
I have friends who are having the same problem.
They have spoken to someone at EE, they didn’t have an answer for them as
to why this is happening,
Strange that both my friends are having exactly the same problem.
