I purchased the "Smart 5G Hub". The product works very well. I registered on the EE website and wanted to register the modem I purchased. A question is asked to me: "Please enter your billing account number OR landline number. You'll find these on your bill or in an email we've sent you."
Since I just bought the product, I do not have any invoice. I think I have to wait 1 month. I guess I won't be able to add this product to my EE account unless my invoice is created. because I don't have the invoice number and I don't have the landline number. It's a really frustrating system.
All I want is to remove the child safety mode of my product. because I can't access some sites. It blocks nonsense automatically. I need to uninstall all these protective modes. Huge company and your ridiculous procedures really **bleep**ed me off.

@Mertdolu : A mobile router is not EE's Home BB. It has a SIM & a mobile no. It is a mobile. Just Add a Mobile No.

your useless nonsense answer didn't work. I know how to call the company and solve the problem. But the thing I'm talking about here is why am I going to waste my time with a phone call for half an hour?
