Give us the service we pay for your mobile broadband is shocking I’m seriously considering leaving your service I’m certainly not getting what I pay for.

@Smithsmaville37  Have you checked to see if there is a network issue in your area.  You can use THIS  and click the check status tab.      Perhaps you need an outside antenna if you’ve always had this issue.     You might need to reposition the router if it’s too close to other electrical appliances.
