Why won’t my mobile phone connect to the internet when I am out?  On renewing my contract I switched to EE supposedly same firm but lost my £20 discount at supermarket because of no connection

@MargaretW1   Is the device APN settings correct for EE ?    This might help HERE  but it would help greatly if you say what device this is on,  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
