I’m having trouble with my ee data network box it keeps turning half way through connecting I’ve taken SIM card out tried restarting it and resetting also tried a different cable and plug socket and still no change what can I do apart from asking for a new one

Does the WiFi router turn off when connecting to another device? 

How long have you had the WiFi device? 

Does the SIM card work in any other mobile or WiFi device?

I’ve had the box for about a year it turns of before I can connect to it SIM card works fine
