I wanna Stop Broadband service

Hey man,

I myself, mobile number : xxxxxxxxxxxxx, I want to cancel my broadband service for can you please help me to cancel it because I heard that I can cancel broadband service in 14 days period of the time so can you please cancel my contract and broadband service:)

It's only for fixed Home BB that you need to give 14 days notice. You have mobile BB.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
