I don't get the internet when I am out of the house.

The mobile works fine indoors, as I have a G4 dongle with good reception.
My mobile account has 30 gigs, buy it is impossible to use Google Maps, etc. when I am out and about.

Activated flight mode and then deactivate it. Should work then.

Is mobile data activated? When you're in the house ordinarily the phone would be connected to WiFi and using that network. Once you step outside if Cellular Data/Mobile Data isn't enabled it won't allow you to roam the web using your included data allowance.
