Hi,when i want to upgrade my contract ,the web Page Say i m not account holder why?

You set your account up wrong. 

Log into your online account and then Menu - Account settings. Then make sure both boxes are ticked.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
