Hi, recently WhatsApp has stopped working on my home WiFi. It’s works fine on 4G. Same for my wife’s phone. We have followed all of the on line advice re resetting etc but still not downloading. Any ideas please?
I have the unlimited data plan on my 5gee router. However, I am aware there is an upper limit to this. I don't think I'm near the limit, but is there a way to check data usage on the 5gee router so that I can be sure I won't exceed it?

I feel your pain. I have an EE router set up and the connection drops out a lot of the time. I have called up numerous times to which they state there is a problem with the towers. There is always a problem with the towers and it's very frustrating.....
