The router has a SIM card and cellular light. 

Is there any way to connect a phone to use the SIM?

if not, is there a way to add a phone - VoIP etc?

@JavaKing : Yes, either:

  • A mobile phone you connect by WiFi to the router.
  • For a landline phone you would need to sign up with a VoIP provider.
