Poor signal on 5gee router

I was advice to buy a 5gEE router as by can not supply me broadband, the signal is poor though, is there a way of increasing the signal? thank you

ive looked everywhere as i want to RENEW LATER on my PAYG wifi plan,it says on help page the RENEW LATER should be next to plan on my dashboard,but its not there,and have to do it before 2oth december,many thanks for any help,
