I have small EE 4GEE Wifi Mini - I have not used it for a few months but I just cannot log into my EE account - I have charged it up - my phone and ipad can see it, but that is all, I can get onto the EE website but it freezes when I try to log on to my account to top it up. Is it because I have not used it for several months?

Hi @jlb21
What is it that you're trying to do?
Are you trying to get the data working on your WiFi device or log into your My EE Account?

I'm trying to top up - so connecting ipad/phone to the 'dongle' - I can get a connection but that's as far as I get. I want to add data so that I can use the mifi when I am away - but it just freezes when I try to log on to my account

How many months?
Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I did wonder if it has gone into hibernation, but I used it at the beginning of December (topped up around the end of November)- so looks like they go into hibernation after 3 months!
It would be good to know how much 20gb of data costs so that I can work out if it is worth re-activating.

No, they go into hibernation after 6 months of non-chargeable use.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available & how much they cost.
