I have the above router and have used up the data. I managed to get £10 credit added and thought I would be off and running again. However I have a Catch22. The credit shows up on the account but I have to press a "Top Up" button to load the data on. However, pressing on this button is impossible as there is no internet access left. So how do I manage this?

@Paul340 : You don't need Net access to buy more data. It is done within the EE network before you need to reach the Net.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Thanks for the response. However this does not work. When I hit the "Top Up" button it will not load the next page up for me to proceed.

That page should only ask you to Top-up when you have no PAYG credit (money). Does it say at the top:
Current credit
£0.00
If so, it looks like your £10 top-up hasn't taken.

No, I definitely have £10.00 credit showing. I agree that logically you should be able to Top Up without internet access, I used to do this with roaming BT spots and could access enough to load data on. But it's not working here, it just seems to neccesitate an internet connection to add the data.
More specifically when I hit "Top Up" it takes me to: http://add-on.ee.co.uk/mbbstatus
After a long wait this resolves to: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/fast-payment/
And the error message "Hmmm… can't reach this page - myaccount.ee.co.uk took too long to respond"

What I'm specifically getting at is that paying credit into the router is not a problem. But the option to then choose a method of loading it on (e.g. £5 for so much data over 30 days, £10 for so much data over 30 days) does not work.

Hi @Paul340
Thanks for coming here.
Can you try clearing cookies and cache and opening the link again to purchase data, does this work for you?
