I recently have the 5GEE router 2021
5GEE Router | Pay Monthly 5G Mobile Broadband | EE
Before when i have normal broadband, I can set the router DNS server to my rapsberry pi for pihole etc. But I can't find the option in 5GEE router.
Is it possible to change DNS server on the router at all?

Doubt it! They don't seem to give DNS config to mobile routers.

I believe the 5GEE 2021 CPE is an Zyxel Router that is Exclusive to EE for now, so its probably going to be Heavily Firmware locked down, but Im fairly sure BT Mobile (Business) use this same Router as the Indoor element of their 5G Outdoor Router package (cant find the info at the moment, so I could be wrong), if so the Indoor Router would need to be configurable for the Outdoor Aerial Modem, so it would make sense that the Router would need to able to change settings for Bridge Mode, Lan Settings etc, unless the EE version is again locked over the BT one.
Have a look in the Admin Settings here -
Network Settings / Broadband / Cellular APN then IP Passthrough
and or
Network Setting / Lan / DHCP Server Mode

@XRaySpeX Yea I think so. I dig in the user guide and no mention of DNS anywhere

@EssexBoyEE there seems to be nothing related to DNS in DHCP Server mode
and I cannot find the Cellular APN

The Router will definitely have APN Settings, just a question whether you can Edit or Change them ie, the EE Firmware lets you.
EE may have renamed it, try "Profile", "Access Point Profile" or just "Access Point Name"
Out of interest is the User Manual a Paper Copy or did you Download it from Somewhere.

@EssexBoyEE Maybe this is the APN bit you are referring to.
The user guide is stored on the router. you can view it with http://192.168.1.1/static/5GEE_Router_user_guide.pdf
This forum dont have attachment feature, so i uploaded it here https://docdro.id/IyWUhhQ

I would not expect to find any DNS settings in the LAN section, but in the WAN section. Maybe also the APN/Profile.
