4GEE router not working

Is there still connection problems with the 4GEE router? 
all the lights on the router are green but it’s not working. My plan is unlimited & when I log into my EE account it says there’s only 7.5GB left? 
please help I’m a new member

not very impressed so far

@India8 : It's only talking about data that you may potentially gift from the 1st 100GB of all your data to other nos. on your a/c if you choose to. It's just a warning just in case you wanted to. You may safely ignore it & carry on using data for your own purposes including hotspotting.

As you use data for your own use you are eating into this gifting allowance even when you are not actually gifting it.

 

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Could you try restarting the device please, @India8?


There should be a little button/pinhole on the back/side.
