4G router losing IP address every day

Hi for the last week or so my routers been losing its IP address every day, when it started it was always around 9 to 9.30pm, after a few days i noticed this had slipped to around midnight- 1am, but just lost it today again at 9.30.

The router shows a good connection to the cell tower with similar  connection stats as its always had,  Rebooting the router it connects and very shortly after the IP address is allocated and every thing is back to Great .... until the next day .

I've been running the sim for a couple of years and this is a recent development never had any issues with EE before other than the very rare problems effecting  seemingly everyone on the tower/cell,

Fyi: this is nothing to do with yesterdays loss of connectivity on the EE network.

Any advice or suggestions , please let me know.

@swac3 : Have a look at your router's DHCP IP Lease Time.

Hi, Thanks,

Its currently set at 10 mins , but thats the dhcp server config so affects client devices only right ?  Not the ISP provided IP ?

I dont know for sure but never altered it years ago when i first started with EE so shouldnt have suddenly become an issue.

Happy to be told i'm wrong btw. Just would like to regain the stable service ive ben enjoying

Yes, you are right. I was thinking of the wrong IP.

It must be down to the recent fragility of the EE mobile network.
