Hi,
I am based abroad (outside EU) and will be for the next 6-12 months. I neglected to end my monthly broadband contract with EE before I left, which came with a mini mobile wifi device. Never mind I'll call them from outside the UK I thought.
I have tried calling +44 7953 966250 but cannot get to an operator as all the options request an EE phone number which I don't have as my contract is with a mobile dongle.
I need to close this contract and pay the outstanding amount but I cannot find a way of contacting EE! Please help.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

As they're mobile devices, all mobile routers have a SIM in them which has a mobile no.
To get its no. either:

Hi @josh_Ne_I
Welcome to the community.
Your dongle will still have a mobile number for billing purposes. You should be able to see it in your My EE account or by popping the SIM card into a different phone.
Once you have that, you'll be able to get in touch using conventional methods.
