How to register

Just got broadband router - no landline - transferred from BT - can’t get device to register as EE saying account number not valid? Only one I have is on delivery note and that logged me in ok, any ideas? Have got router set up, great on my I phone, not connecting Sky tv to internet - again any ideas welcome!

You are trying to register a mobile router as fixed Home BB. Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. It counts as a mobile device.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
