Service is pants. Way to much hanging about even when I am asking about a possible upgrade. Moved from the dedicated BT account in November, 24 and had months of issues. Eventually have had 6 months of relative calm. I just get frustrated splendid 30 minutes on a call for them to get the best offer just gave up.

What issues are you having with your EE BB?
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
