Tracking my Wi-Fi order - New customer

Hello, a few days ago there was a sales rep at my door asking about my Wi-Fi. I have plus net getting installed on Thursday and he's gotten me a cheaper deal with EE and refunding my PlusNet order (at least that's what he said). I only got 2 emails from EE and that was when he was at the door - none of which contain relevant information. Last night at midnight the direct debit from `EE Ltd` was set up - still not got any text or email. So I've just created a EE account myself to see if my order will pop up or if I could somehow track it to see when it's going to be set up but nothing comes up.

Does anyone else know how this process works and when I'll get more info? or a way I could find out more now?

Thanks 🙂

You should have got at least 3 emails from EE:

  1. Upon placing your order: Subject: Thanks for choosing EE - "About your Order".
  2. On setting up your DD.
  3. On going live: Subject: Your order's now complete - "Your service is now live".

Why not phone CS & find out what's going on?

@beex3 Did you also receive the Plusnet cancel as well from them that EE were taking over the installation. Plusnet should not be installing if EE are doing it now! E-mail sequence headings as below

1.Thanks for choosing EE, James 2.We're confirming your service start date 3.We've sent your kit 4.Your new EE service is about to start 5.Your service is good to go 6.Check your bill online 7.How you'll pay your bills.

And the very first one with the warning You've got seven days to verify your EE ID

If you don't log in within seven days, we'll delete your EE ID to keep your account secure. You can create a new one anytime.

Thanks,
The EE Team
