Hi.
A couple of years ago, EE installed an external antenna which boosted my 4G signal strength on my 4GEE Router.
We're starting to pick up 5G signals in the area (which are very weak on the phones) and I'm wondering if the external antenna can also work on 5G and, if so, it's it's worthwhile buying a new 5G router to test.
Is there a way I can identify which antenna I have, or is there any other way to check whether it supports 5G?

Hi @KnewBee
Welcome to the community.
The antennae that we provided were 4G only, so they won't pick up 5G.

Thank you for confirming
Is there a similar offer available to replace the 4G antenna with a 5G one?

Hi @KnewBee,
Sorry, I don't have any information on any plans to release a 5G antenna installation service at the moment.
