I have had money troubles and have been unable to pay my phone bill for the month of February. I get money on the Thursday coming up. I was wondering if there’s any way I could have my service restored until Thursday when I will pay what’s due. I need it for work so am very stuck right now

Hi can I ask I have had problems with my money but am getting paid on the Thursdays coming up. Do you know if there is any way I could get my phone service put on until Thursday as I use it for work so am kind of stuck in the mud

As we are Customers like you and can't access Customers accounts you will need to call EE Payment Management Team on 0800 956 6000

They may or may not restore your services until the bill is paid.

Just an idea couldn't you ask someone to borrow the money to have your services restored sooner and then pay them back when you get paid. If EE won't restore your services till you pay them.
