How do you cancel a home hub contract?
Hi, I have a BT EE Home Hub 4G. I am moving to a property so I need to cancel my contract. As it's a sim contract, it says I must call 150 on the device. Do I have to take it out and put it in my phone, or is there a different way?

Hi @Tim183 As long as your sim contract's minimum term has expired, you can just give us a call to cancel.
If you have time remaining on your contract, a guide can let you know how much it would be to cancel.
You can check your contract dates by visiting your My EE account.
Just give the number that has been provided in the post above.
