I need to speak to a human being. EE seem to have made this impossible. I have followed the links and the texts and etc and there is no option to speak to customer services. This is ridiculous.

Click this link and then click the ‘Start Conversation’ button to speak with someone over live chat. Otherwise, click the call us button to speak with someone.
As far as I know there are no long wait times, I called up this morning regarding my phone and got through pretty much straight away.

Hello James,
We are in France. I have bought a monthly roaming plan £25 for myself for this phone. I think my wife’s phone (+44********) is on my account, but she does not have a plan and has been told she will pay a daily rate (£2.47?) while abroad. If my plan does not cover my wife’s mobile, my wife wants to have a monthly plan like mine from today.( Otherwise we will have no alternative but to close our EE account when we get home because you are impossible to deal with! ) Please email me at: ************ to confirm my wife can have to at plan today please. To purchase the Roam Abroad Pass for your wife's phone, please text ROAMING PASS to 150 from her phone.

Reading the replies it seems there is no way (no easy way) to speak to someone when you dial 150. Disappointing.
