Help! I can't pay for my SIM card

is there anyone meet the same problem as me? I just try to top up some money for my SIM card, but the website seems something wrong, I can't pay even if every information is right, and also can't reach the help in ee website, the selling page of pack is also wrong that i can't open it.

Hello @Finder 

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by EE bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
