I have a mini 4g EE WiFi device.
I used it last year on holiday. My data has expired.
I put £15 credit on 2 days ago. My phone connects to the EE device ok and 4 blue lights are displayed on the mini WiFi. But no internet is available on my phone (or other devices)
help please

It's likely, your pay as you go SIM is in hibernation or been disconnected due to no activity.
I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this for you.
